Cannot comment on Q3 - 5 as we did not use the vehicle. However, I want to thankyou so much for helping us out of a tricky problem when somehow we had missed a regular passenger at Heathrow. Your staff on the phone were so helpful and the driver arrived so quickly. Only problem I had was the auto pay system would not let me change the billing address from the one you were taking our passenger and therefor the card we were using was declined (slightly embarrasing) but thankyou so much for your quick helpful response this morning
